Please find below the different payment options in our online shop :

HOW LONG TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? WHAT ARE THE COSTS?

Delivery delays will be:

Between 72h and 96h if you choose the standard service

• Cost: 5,50£

• Free delivery when the amount of the order is equal or superior to 140£

48h (working day) if you choose the Express service (When the order is created before 1 p.m)

Cost: 10£

When choosing your delivery address, please keep in mind that the delivery will be done during working hours.

We would also ask you to give us a phone number during the creation of your order to allow our carrier to call you in case of any issue.

If you don’t receive your order in the estimated time or if you have any doubts please contact us through our customer service form ,

Order tracking

You can check the status of your delivery in your personal area. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order will be shipped. You will be also able to find this number in your personal area.

HOW CAN I BE REFUNDED?

You will be able to resend your order with a delay of 14 days since the day you received it. In this case please inform Pepe Jeans through your personal area. FAULTS OR DEFECTS

If your order has a fault or defect, please contact our Customer Service team.

We will collect the defective product from the address and at a time that best suit you and we will refund the cost of the product, as well as any delivery costs you may have incurred.

Pepe Jeans will cover the cost of returning and collecting the faulty product.

HOW CAN I CHANGE AN ORDER?

Unfortunately it is not possible to make changes in our online shop

If you wish to receive the article in another color or size, you will have to ask for the refund of the article received first and then create a new order in our online shop.
