Orders placed during Black Friday have an extended return period until 12.01.26.

Returning online purchases

If for any reason you want to return an order, you can do so within 30 calendar days of receiving it. You can use the return label that we have included in your package. Returning items is free of charge. Remember that the items must be returned in original conditions, without any signs of use and keeping their labels in perfect condition.

Once we receive your returned items, we will give you a full refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same method that you used to make the purchase.

Please remember

• The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition. Underwear, beachwear and perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.
• All items purchased online must be returned via the same online store. (If you choose to return a purchase by courier, you must return it to the same online store that you bought it from).
• If you would like to exchange your order, we recommend requesting a free return and placing a new order, at no extra cost.
• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service team. All products purchased on pepejeans.com are carefully checked to ensure they are free of defects.
*If you are not home when the courier calls, you will need to contact them to schedule a new collection time.
