Home delivery

  • Standard Home Delivery is free for orders over €60. For orders below €60, the service costs €3.90. Once dispatched, your order will be delivered in 3-5 working days* not including weekends or bank holidays.
  • Express Home Delivery costs €7.95. Any order placed between Monday and Friday before 1pm will arrive within 2 working days. Orders placed after 1pm can take up to 3 working days to arrive. Orders placed on Fridays after 1pm and during weekends will be delivered from the following Tuesday.
*Please remember that deliveries might take longer than usual during sales and promotional periods

UPS free delivery

  • If you prefer, you can collect your order from your nearest UPS Pickup Point. Simply select this option during checkout.
  • This service is free, and once your order leaves our warehouse it will arrive in 3-5 working days.

Delivery status

  • You can check the delivery status of your orders at any time by going to “My Orders” in your customer account. To access your account, click here.
  • If you place an order as a guest, you can track the delivery status using the email address that appears in the purchase confirmation, or by clicking this link.
  • If you have any doubts about the status of your order, you can send us an email at store@pepejeans.com.

Returning online purchases

If for any reason you want to return an order, you can do so within 30 calendar days of receiving it. Returning items is free of charge. Remember that the items must be returned in original conditions, without any signs of use and keeping their labels in perfect condition.

Once we receive your returned items, we will give you a full refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same method that you used to make the purchase.

Instructions for returning Pepe Jeans London items, as simple as it gets!

  • 1. Pack the item/s carefully. We suggest you reuse the original box and packaging.
  • 2. Stick the return label to the parcel. The return label is already included in the box, make sure it is clearly visible with the address and barcodes not covered.
  • 3. Mail the package. Please take the parcel(s) to your nearest drop off point -you can find the nearest drop off point following this link

You will not have to pay postage for this parcel. Please make sure you keep the receipt and/or proof of posting.

Standard home collection or drop off request (downloadable label)

Depending on whether you are a registered user or not, the returns process is slightly different:

Registered users
  • To access your account, click here, locate the order you want to return, and click on "Make return".
  • You will be taken to our courier’s website, where you will be able to choose your return method: you can either take the parcel to a collection point or arrange for it to be collected from your home*.
  • Fill in the form to generate the returns label. Download and print the label, then stick it on the box. Remember that each box needs its own label. If you need more than one, repeat these steps to get as many labels as you need.
  • Prepare the items in their original packaging or in another cardboard box. Finally, ensure the box is properly sealed.
  • * If you are not home when the courier calls, you will need to contact them to schedule a new collection time.
Guests
  • As a guest, you can manage your returns by clicking the link in your confirmation email, or click this link and follow the steps outlined above.

Please remember

  • The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition. Underwear, beachwear and perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.
  • All items purchased online must be returned via the same online store. (If you choose to return a purchase by courier, you must return it to the same online store that you bought it from).
  • If you would like to exchange your order, we recommend requesting a free return and placing a new order, at no extra cost.
  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service team. All products purchased on pepejeans.com are carefully checked to ensure they are free of defects.
